About Me
Stacy Bianco is a dedicated therapist with a deep interest in how interpersonal relationships shape both individual and collective well-being. A graduate of Pepperdine University, she brings a thoughtful, relational approach to her work, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds with care, curiosity, and respect.
Stacy’s therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and free to explore their experiences without judgment. She is committed to helping individuals strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal insight, while honoring each client’s unique story, pace, and capacity for growth.
Stacy works with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and teens, adults, and older adults, and has experience supporting individuals navigating a wide range of concerns. Her clinical areas of focus include anxiety disorders, addiction, conduct-related challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and grief and loss. She approaches each client holistically, recognizing the complex interplay between emotional health, relationships, and life experiences.
In her work, Stacy integrates a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities and mind–body practices to meet the individual needs of each client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, trauma-focused treatment, therapeutic breathing, and meditation. By blending clinical skill with genuine human connection, Stacy supports meaningful, lasting healing and personal growth.
She believes that change unfolds through understanding, relationship, and intention—and that every person, at any stage of life, has the capacity to move toward greater clarity, balance, and wholeness.
