Marcia Griffy-Rooks brings over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, serving individuals and families across a variety of settings and levels of care. Her work is deeply rooted in compassion, purpose, and a sincere desire to serve others. Guided by her faith, Marcia approaches her work as a calling, drawing inspiration from the teachings of the Bible and her commitment to serving the Lord Jesus Christ. Marcia holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Psychology with a School Counseling certification. Her professional background includes work as a mobile therapist, family-based therapist, inpatient counselor, and grief counselor within her local church community. These diverse experiences have shaped her ability to meet clients where they are and provide support that is both practical and deeply personal. Marcia utilizes a client-centered, holistic approach, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. She is passionate about empowering clients to heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Her therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and grounded in respect, helping clients feel seen, heard, and valued throughout their healing journey.
