Amanah BaYah is often the first point of contact at Mind, Body & Sol. She plays a key role in helping clients feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning, assisting with registration, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure a smooth and stress-free onboarding process.

Amanah brings decades of experience in customer service, herbal and holistic care, entrepreneurship, and service as a lay counselor, offering compassionate guidance rooted in listening, encouragement, and lived experience. Her approach reflects a deep respect for the whole person and complements the practice’s holistic values.

In addition to her administrative role, Amanah serves as the Social Media Manager, helping share the mission, voice, and community presence of Mind, Body & Sol across digital platforms.
